Capability
The company is equipped with 3200 ton open die hydraulic forging press, two air hammers of 3 and 1ton respectively. We can produce parts that weigh from 10kgs(22Ib)to 40,000kgs (88106Ib) in carbon, tool steel, alloy, stainless, aluminum, nickel and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Shapes that are forged include flanges, spindles, hollows, rings, gears, hubs and unusual shapes. In addition, we have over 100 machining equipments.
