Capabilities
The company is equipped with one 3,200 ton open die hydraulic forging press and two air hammers (Three and one ton respectively). Parts weigh between 10kg (22 lbs) to 40,000kg (88,000 lbs) in carbon alloy and stainless steel. Shapes that are forged include flanges, spindles, hollows, rings, gears, hubs, and custom shapes. Other in house capabilities include rough machining, heat treating, and nondestructive and destructive testing. There are over 100 turning and milling machines available in house to meet your finishing needs.
